Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our annual fee is payable as per standard terms, within 30 days of the invoice date. You can request your advert to be removed from the English Retreats website at any time and your request will be processed within five working days. The annual fee is entirely non refundable and we do not store your financial details.
You are under no obligation to continue your advertisement with us, and at your request we will remove any information relating to your business from the English Retreats website. Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, English Retreats takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
